Shipping, Returns, Warranty and Replacement Parts
AllClear, LLC sells Auspit products throughout North America directly through this online store as well as through authorized retailers. We currently only accept orders from the United States, Canada, and Mexico. All other inquiries should be directed to www.auspit.com.
The Returns Policy described below only applies to items purchased directly through this online store. Any other claims need to be handled through your point of purchase.
All estimated delivery times are based from the time we have product in stock at our Pico Rivera, California warehouse. Orders for items in stock received by 2pm EST generally ship the same day.
Shipping Methods and Times
By default, shipments will be held until they are able to ship complete. If some items you order are not available, you will be contacted and given an estimation of when the goods will be ready to ship. You will then have the option to ship the items separately, which would incur separate shipping & handling charges for each shipment.
Shipping costs for your order depend upon your location, the shipping option you choose, and the weight, size & dimensions of your items. You'll see the total shipping and handling cost listed near the end of the checkout process. Because of our shipping volumes, we are able to receive discounts off of regular shipping rates and we pass those savings on to you.
There is a handling fee which is calculated on a per-order basis and a smaller per-item basis within each order. Generally the total handling fee will be around about $5.00 for USA-destined shipments and perhaps double that amount for international shipments (because of the additional paperwork required). The shipping & handling fees are listed as one combined fee in the checkout process. If part of your order is out of stock and you choose to do split shipments, you will be charged a full shipping and handling charge on each shipment as if it were a unique order.
A Note for Canadian Customers: As our products are shipping from the US, you are unfortunately going to get hit with your regular import taxes. These fees are not factored into the shipping and handling charges in our shopping cart and will be collected upon delivery. We have recently modified our shipping to Canada and use only USPS as it reduces dramatically the customs clearance fees. We are working to establish a Canadian logistics hub to further lower your costs, but we cannot say for sure when this will be ready. If you have a favorite neighborhood store that you think would like to carry Auspit, please have them get in touch with us.

AllClear, LLC offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with an item, let us know within 30 days and you may return it within 45 days of receipt for a refund. As long as the merchandise is returned clean and in proper order, AllClear, LLC will not charge a restocking fee and will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise returned, minus the shipping & handling fees. If the items are not returned in new or near new condition, cleaning or other charges may be applied. Upon receipt and inspection, AllClear, LLC will issue a refund to the credit card on record.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product.
If a warranty-related problem arises, please see here for specifics on the manufacturer's warranty which we at AllClear, LLC honor as part of our Returns Policy. In the event that the goods require repair under warranty, the customer is responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the service center.
